How It Works

From kitchen to freezer in four steps.

01

Lock your box by Wednesday 17:00

Log in and swap any meals before the weekly cutoff. After 17:00 on Wednesday, your box is locked and sent to the kitchen.

We cook & pack Thursday

Our kitchen prepares your meals fresh on Thursday morning, then packs and freezes them for dispatch.

Dispatched Thursday afternoon

Your insulated box leaves our facility Thursday afternoon. You'll receive a tracking notification by SMS or email.

04

Delivered Thursday–Friday frozen

Your box arrives frozen and insulated, ready for your freezer. Transfer to the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Common Questions

Delivery FAQs

Our boxes are insulated and safe at a door for several hours. You can add delivery instructions (e.g. "leave with security") in your account. We'll send a delivery notification so you can plan ahead.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postal code. We aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible. Delivery fees will be shown clearly before you confirm your subscription.

Yes. Update your delivery address in My Account before the Wednesday cutoff. Address changes after cutoff take effect from the following week. If your new address falls outside our delivery zone, contact us and we'll advise.
